The DISC-AIR is mad by using the bldder molding system which enables the maximum inner molding pressure to compact the carbon lamination and provide more rigidity.
This process in making the DISC-AIR lighten the weight by at least 200-400 grams approximately and less expensive compared to the way using foam core or nomex honeycomb structure.
Available for road and time trial bikes as well.
